I am a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine, London.
I have had the privilege of working as UK ambassador for Crossroads, Antigua, a rehabilitation centre created by Eric Clapton.
I have featured on Radio 1 with Kelly Osbourne, Sunday Surgery, and on BBC 1 with Calum Best in the documentary “Brought up by Booze”, as well as contributing articles to several magazines and newspapers.
I work with people from all walks of life on a wide variety of issues. I help them gain a better perspective, regain focus and direction whilst developing greater self-awareness and confidence by offering counselling and life coaching. Creating a deeper self-belief enables people to examine their life in a way that opens the door to new goals and potentially creative life changes.
As I have personal experience of quite challenging events throughout my own life, it is my belief that I can draw on these events in order to support you through your own personal journey. I believe that we all possess within us the potential to grow and lead a fulfilling, successful and rewarding life.
We are often confronted by events and emotional obstacles which we need solutions to overcome. These may be created by circumstances, other people, or arise from within ourselves (by being just human). I can help you identify and deal with these obstacles, enabling you to achieve your full potential.
Our Spiritual Accompanier is
I hold degrees in Russian Studies and Theology, and continue to read widely in the area of spirituality and psychology.
Throughout my life encouraging and helping people develop their own spirituality has been important to me, and I have become familiar with many of its forms. In the course of my work I have encountered people holding a wide variety of spiritual outlooks and beliefs, and have been interested in the multi-faceted ways in which people have come to interact with the spiritual realm.
I have long experience of working with individuals and groups, helping them understand life in the breadth and depth of its relatedness and find the way to the full realisation of who they are.
Over the years I have felt drawn in a variety of spiritual directions, and have gained inspiration from many sources, and so do not approach my work with any desire to impose a blue-print on the outcome.
